Instructions to Submit Extended Abstracts or Draft Papers for Review
Authors should submit electronically an extended abstract (at least 3 pages) or a draft manuscript in English by 30 JUNE 2006. Submission must be prepared and performed according to the submission instructions. Acceptance/rejection will be emailed by 30 JULY 2006. The final manuscript is due by 15 SEPTEMBER 2006. Submission implies willingness to register at the workshop and present the paper.
Instructions to Submit the Final Manuscript of Accepted Papers
To prepare and submit the final version of a paper for inclusion in the workshop proceedings, authors must perform ALL the subsequent activities:
- prepare the final manuscript and convert it in PDF
fomat
- fill the author's registration form and payment
(go to the web-based registration
procedure)
- send the electronic version of the final manuscript
and fill the presenter's biography AND the Copyright Transfer Form
(use the link that you can find in your acceptance mail)
Prepare the the final version of the manuscript according to the following guidelines.
The skeleton for your paper in RTF format
with macros for Microsoft Word can be downloaded
and used to type your manuscript in the desired format.
An example of the text apperance is here provided.
REMEMBER: the final version of a paper
in the format given above CANNOT EXCEED 6 PAGES. NO EXCEPTION IS ALLOWED.
Fill in the Conference
Registration Form and pay the registration fee.
Papers will be included in the proceedings
only if at least one author has registered and paid the registration fee
by 15 September 2006. Member and non-member full fees only are
acceptable for this purpose; student and other discounted fees do not
qualify - no exceptions. One full registration covers only one
(1) paper. To guarantee inclusion in the proceedings of more than one
(1) papers, the author must pay a US$ 50 surcharge for each paper in excess
of one (1).
Fill in ALL information (INCLUDING
all payment information) by means of the web-based registration
procedure of the and pay the due registration fee.
Credit card is the preferred method of payment. All other methods
are allowed ONLY by 15 September 2006. No exceptions.
NO PAPER WILL BE PUBLISHED WITHOUT THE AUTHOR'S REGISTRATION FORM AND
PAYMENT.
Prepare the material for submission.
The PDF version of the final manuscript and the presenter's biography must be submitted by means of the automatic web-submission application. Use the link that you can find in your acceptance mail. The web-submission application also contain the Copyright Transfer Form.
Information in your biography will be used
by the session chairperson to introduce the presenter. For your convenience,
the presenter's biography structure in ASCII text format can be here
downloaded.
Please provide ALL information,
including a brief description of your career, accomplishments, and highlights.
